AAA was founded by Shantell, who recognized the urgent need to address the gaps in the industry after her brother suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI). With a passion for making a difference, she set out to create a supportive environment that caters to the unique challenges faced by individuals and families affected by TBIs. Through AAA, Shantell aims to provide supports with a creative flair, advocacy and a sense of community for those navigating this journey!
My Story
All Abilities Alliance is NOT just your average NDIS support company! We take pride in doing things very differently! AAA was founded by Shantell with a deep personal purpose…….
Shantell’s brother suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2023 and she witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by Participants in finding genuine, flexible and creative supports that truly suited his needs. As someone who also worked in the industry for over 12 years, and as a parent who raised a child with an acquired brain injury, she knew there had to be a better way to provide high-quality care and support.
AAA was born out of Shantell’s desire to bridge the gap in the NDIS space, offering not just standard supports, but truly personalised, creative solutions.
AAA is passionate about delivering flexible, tailored services that empower individuals to live life on their own terms, with dignity and respect. We also truly understand that support is not just about the Participant – it is about the entire family! That is why we focus on offering services that also empower and assist families, ensuring everyone feels supported, informed and connected throughout the entire journey!
